POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Administrative Assistant serves visitors/patients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; verifies patient information against regulatory guidelines; maintains/operates telecommunications system.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcomes visitors/patients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Checks in patients and verifies the status on AZDHS system.
  • Directs visitors and vendors by maintaining employee and department directories, and giving instructions.
  • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.

Must be detail oriented and able to work independently. Problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work with production management.

  • Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies
  • Assists in the finishing production of the product.
  • Performs Quality Control checks on product.

  • Researches inventory discrepancies.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can complete a range of financial tasks, procedures, and manage receivables/payables, daily cash flow and all general accounting functions.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all financial accounts, ensure all utility bills, and payments are made in a timely manner.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Safeguard confidential information and documents.

  • Recording of accounting entries for all business entities and activities.
